Advancing Sustainable Manufacturing Through Innovation
During his keynote presentation, Dr. Andi Tao shared ValleyDelta's vision for accelerating sustainable manufacturing through technological innovation, using the company's proprietary TDSD® (Textile Digital Smart Dyeing) technology as a case study.
Powered by advanced digital inkjet technology, TDSD® replaces conventional dyeing processes with a more efficient, flexible, and low-carbon manufacturing approach. The technology significantly reduces water, energy, and chemical consumption while enabling precise digital process control and agile production.
Dr. Tao also shared ValleyDelta's journey from research and development to industrial-scale commercialization, highlighting how continuous innovation and close collaboration with global partners have enabled TDSD® to move from laboratory research to commercial deployment.

Driving the Future of Sustainable Fashion
The presentation attracted strong interest from participants across the global fashion and sustainability communities, particularly industry leaders seeking scalable solutions for greener manufacturing. Many participants expressed interest in exploring future collaboration and the broader application of TDSD® technology across the fashion value chain.
Looking ahead, ValleyDelta will continue advancing efficiency-driven digital inkjet technology and working alongside global partners to accelerate the transition toward a more efficient, intelligent, and sustainable textile industry.
